Payment is Due at the time of dispatch.
Any calls not cancelled prior to a technician arriving on site will be responsible for 50 % of the originally agreed to amount.
When you cancel a call you will be given a special cancellation code. If you cannot provide a cancellation code to a driver who has arrived on site you will be responsible for payment.
Calls cancelled longer than 25 minutes after a driver has gone en route will be subject to a Fuel Surcharge of $10.00
